Why did Shakespeare always write with a pen? Because pencils made him ask, “2B or not 2B?”
Haha, Hi !
I hope you have some fun plans this weekend. We have plans with friends and I also want to spend some time getting ahead of my Height in Books challenge. I really think I have a good shot this year.
I recently updated the interior files for The Traveler, and set a new cover on Kindle, and while I was doing that I was reminded why I loved writing this book so much.
The whole end of the world, alien invasion survival story has always been one of my favorites - ever since Will Smith punched that alien in the face in Independence Day.
I don't talk about this one often enough, so I thought I'd share a first chapter, that way you can sample the story if you haven't read it yet.
NO MAN ON EARTH CAN STOP HIM, BUT ONE WOMAN WILL TRY...
The first chapter is 3000 words, so you might want to read it with a cup of coffee.
You can download it as an epub, mobi, or as a simple PDF to read on your device :)
HAPPY READING!

FEMALE ARCHETYPES
As you might know, all of my books feature a strong female main character (write what you know, they say!) and I think I've become quite good at writing them. To that end, wrote an article about the different types of female characters: maiden, mother, warrior, sage, rebel, lover, queen, mystic, huntress & femme fatale.
You can head over to the blog to read about these different archetypes - their characteristics, traits, and popular examples!
Until next time, read hard.
